Herbamare bouillon is a purely vegetable, gluten-free bouillon for a delectable broth. It contains no glutamate (flavour enhancer), is gluten-free and lactose-free. Herbamare bouillon base is easy and quick to prepare. Put half a dessert spoon (about 5 g) in a cup, add 2 dl of hot water, stir and you have a delicious, ready-to-use vegetable soup. For one litre of bouillon mix 1 litre of hot water with over 2 dessert spoons of pasta (or 1 full tablespoon) to make a tasty, clear stock. The bouillon base can also be used to season rice and pasta dishes and in the preparation of sauces. Store in a dry place.
