Colman's Mustard has been around since 1814; Jeremiah Colman started production in the factory (in Norwich) that is still used today. The recipe has not changed much since then.

One of the reasons for the famous full flavour of Colman's Mustard is that we sieve our mustard seeds up to 9 times, something that many other mustard producers do not do.

Colman's Mustard is available in both powder and sauce.
